Ugandan singer Dax Vibez has opened up following his recent release from jail in Jinja, where he was detained alongside his brother, Mikie Wine.

The two artists were reportedly held for two days under troubling circumstances, with Dax now making serious allegations about abuse while in custody.

In an emotional and disturbing account, Dax Vibez revealed that he was subjected to physical abuse by unidentified individuals while detained.

He described being beaten and experiencing a deeply traumatizing moment where his private parts were forcefully squeezed.

“I was beaten and my private parts were squeezed,” Dax said. “But I’m a ghetto youth. I’ll be okay.”

The incident began when Dax was on his way back to Kampala and received a distress call from Mikie Wine, who was reportedly in trouble in Jinja.

Without hesitation, Dax turned back to check on his brother and found him at a local police station. But instead of helping, things took a dark turn.

“People I found there approached me and started touching me,” Dax recounted. “When I pushed them away, they arrested me, claiming I had fought with the DPC and some other people.”

Both Dax and Mikie were locked up for two days, but Dax described the experience as feeling “like a month behind bars.”

During the ordeal, Mikie Wine reportedly suffered an ulcer attack and required urgent care, while Dax bore the brunt of physical intimidation and violence.

The singer did not specify who the individuals were that assaulted him or whether they were police officers or other detainees. What remains clear is the pain and humiliation he endured in those 48 hours.

As of now, Ugandan Police have not released any official statement addressing the arrest or Dax Vibez’s allegations.

“It was rough, but I’m strong. I just want people to know the truth,” Dax concluded.
