Renowned events promoter Abbey Musinguzi a.k.a Abtex Promotions has proposed a musical battle between Ava Peace and Sheebah Karungi.

Via social media, Abtex hinted that he will not be expecting any event promoter to organise a concert in January 2026 as he plans to set up this anticipated music battle between the two divas.

“I don’t expect any concert in January 2026 because we have a battle between Sheebah Karungi and Ava Peace,” Abtex posted on Facebook.

Abtex further revealed that Sheebah would walk away with Ugx100M and Ava Peace also be paid Ugx70M to be part of the battle.

The idea has been welcomed with divergent opinions between critics and fans of either camp.

Sheebah’s fans believe the idea is half-baked and not worthy of welcoming because she is a music legend who has lasted the test of time and cannot battle against Ava, who is newer in the industry.

Ava Peace’s followers are ready for it, and they maintain that she will come out on top.

Beef between the two artists has been refuelled with the recent song theft claims, and it seems their differences are not about to end anytime soon.
